Ingredients:

Milk – 2 Cups

Broken Wheat – 5 Tablespoon

Jaggery Powder – 6 Tablespoon

Cardamom – 3 pieces

Note: You can replace Jaggery with sugar, but my advice for healthy option is Jaggery Powder

 

How to Cook:

Take a pan add milk into it. Boil it. When the milk starts boiling add broken wheat in it, stir it. After that add cardamom pieces into it. Stir it occasionally. let it boil.

Add jaggery powder into it and stir well. Let the wheat to cook well. Stir it and check for wheat if it is cooked.

Boil until the wheat cooks well. If it is cooked enough, turn off the stove.

Serve it hot. Your Tasty Payasam is Ready…
